Good week of work across three different yards - Hamilton, Montgomery, and West Chester. Each one had its own challenges, but the goal was the same across all of them: fix what wasn't working, clean it up, and leave it looking like someone actually cares about the place.

In Hamilton, we tackled drainage and regrading. Water sitting where it shouldn't, ground that wasn't moving it away from the house the way it needed to. We got the grade right and got straw down to protect the fresh seed while it establishes. That kind of foundational work isn't flashy, but it's the stuff that protects your property long-term.

Montgomery was a full install - fresh sod laid in tight, clean sections, mulch down around the trees, and new plants going in. Fall is actually a solid time for sod and plant installs. The cooler temperatures and fall rains give everything a better chance to root in before winter hits. We also got a wood privacy fence up along the back bed line, with fresh mulch and new plantings along the base to give it a finished, intentional look.

Out in West Chester, we handled river rock installation around the front bed near the mailbox, trimmed the bushes back, and overseeded the lawn. River rock is low-maintenance by design - no mulch to refresh every year, holds its shape, and keeps beds looking clean through any season.

Three jobs, three different needs. That's kind of how this works - no two yards are the same, and the fix for one property isn't always the right move for another. We just show up, figure out what the yard actually needs, and get it done right.
