Front Yard Landscape Design and Install in Fairfield, OH

This Fairfield home needed a front yard that actually matched the care the homeowners put into everything else. What we had to work with was a fairly flat, open front - the kind of space that has potential but just needs the right structure to bring it to life.

We built out two defined garden beds with a clean stone block border that follows a smooth, flowing curve along the front of the house. That curve is doing a lot of work here. It separates the lawn from the beds in a way that looks intentional and sharp without being rigid or overdone. The edging runs continuously from the driveway side all the way around - no awkward corners, no breaks.

Fresh dark mulch went down throughout both beds, which immediately created contrast against the brick and made every plant pop. We selected a mix of shrubs and plants that vary in shape and height - rounded boxwoods, low ground cover, and a standout Japanese maple near the entry that brings color and character. That kind of layering is what makes a bed look designed rather than just planted.

The result is a front yard that has real structure to it. Clean lines, healthy plants, and the kind of finished look that holds up over time. Our mulch installation and plant and shrub work here came together as a full package - not just pieces thrown together, but a cohesive design from start to finish.
