Sometimes the best thing you can do for a property is start fresh. That's exactly where we are with this West Chester home. The old landscape had run its course - overgrown, dated, and honestly just harder to maintain than it needed to be. So we cleared it out.

Prep work like this doesn't get a lot of attention, but it matters more than most people realize. Getting down to clean, bare ground is what sets up a quality install. Skip this step or rush through it, and you're building on a bad foundation. We don't do that.

Once the beds are prepped and graded properly, everything else goes in right. That means new sod can be laid without fighting old root systems, and fresh plants and shrubs can actually get established the way they're supposed to. The finished product looks better and holds up longer because the groundwork was done correctly.

This one is still in progress, and we're excited to show the finished look. A clean slate like this gives us a lot to work with - and this property is going to look completely different when we're done.
